Agreed! I adore Medium as a platform -- it's my largest platform on all social media, because it plays to my strengths: words! But I haven't been able to make or grow that platform into a reliable income because of how the financial system is skewed.

Please fix things. Please give me a reason to come back. I love Medium and it was a home base for a long time. But now--there's really no point to putting in the effort.
