I needed to read this. It feels like there’s this core of people that demand adherence to a single ideology or they tear apart all of your criticism of it. Like, yes, I hate capitalism, but I also have to try to live within a capitalistic society while trying to reform it, ya know.

So I’ll piss off the purists, drink my diet coke, and to self-publish that poetry collection. The world needs changing, yes, but people also need to eat.
