I’m somewhat familiar with it, but not well versed in it. (4w5 here? 5w4? It’s been so dang long, I don’t remember.) And perhaps some of us are. I think there’s a difference between an inner critic when it comes to art and creativity, and one that gets loose out in everyday life.
